Misleading prices for the sleeping cabins.
They advertised the sleeping rooms at a certain price so I prebooked & when they were released my booking was cancelled as they said the cheaper fare was "no longer available". So I paid the more expensive price thinking I would get the sleeper with a private shower (which was the higher price we paid) but we didn't, we still got the cheaper cabin at the higher price. It was very misleading & I thought it was a scam at first.
