BAD NEWS
Subject: Response to Your Fraud Accusation To Whom It May Concern, After three weeks of your team repeatedly requesting documents, I finally had the time to send exactly what you asked for—downloaded statements directly from my bank. I was shocked and offended to receive an email from you claiming that these documents were “fake” and implying fraud. These statements are authentic bank documents, and your accusation is completely unfounded and unacceptable. I expect: A written acknowledgment that my documents were legitimate bank statements, or A clear, detailed explanation of what specifically you believe is incorrect, along with evidence to support your claim. Accusing a customer of fraud is serious. The way this was handled shows a lack of professionalism and respect. I hope you understand the impact of your words and take this opportunity to correct the situation. Sincerely, JEFF W
