I bought my ESBS scooter that says it can do about 40km, and it is doing 12km, I have been trying to solve this problem since January, and I still haven't managed it, the support is horrible and they are not professional, they take a long time to respond, and it has been about 3 weeks since they answered me anymore, and they haven't solved my problem, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS CRAP, when it comes to selling they are fast but when there is a problem they don't solve it.

The support is horrible
I bought a scooter, AOVOPRO ESBS-PRO 500W and the battery has a problem. It doesn't do the distance mileage they say it does. I've been trying to change it for over 3 weeks. The support is crap. I've never seen support as bad as this one!!! They don't help, they don't respond properly. They said they were going to send a new battery, but they simply said, "We don't have it in stock and we don't know when we'll have it. What the hell???? They're horrible."
