Horrible customer service
Had an appointment scheduled the other day for 1pm with Bosscat to get a crawlspace repair quote and no one showed up! It was 2pm so I decided to call them to see where they were because I hadn’t heard anything. I was told by their estimate customer service team that they weren’t sure where their tech Joey was and that they would have to get back to me. The girl said she would call me back. Well surprise, surprise no call back about where their tech was or if they were even going to still show up! How do you do business like this! Horrible customer service! Run from this company at all costs!
