What we like about Penji is the variety of deliverables they offer. We came from a competitor that didn’t have the same breadth of options, and that’s one of the things that makes Penji stand out. We’ve used them for everything from graphics to presentations, print materials, and even web design—it’s great to have a vendor that can handle all of that under one roof. Another big plus is that they take care of the project management side, which makes things run smoothly. Communication is always a key factor in creative work, and while there have been times where we’ve been super detailed in our requests and still didn’t quite get what we expected, the good thing about Penji is that revisions are unlimited. If something isn’t working, you can start over, adjust, or even record a Loom video to clarify things, which is really helpful. One of the things we also appreciate is the ability to switch designers if needed. Sometimes, you just don’t mesh with a particular artist—it’s nothing personal, just part of the process. Penji makes it easy to request a different designer, which is a nice touch. Overall, having a reliable vendor that offers a wide range of services and solid communication makes Penji a valuable resource for us.
