Very high quality products and customer service experience!!
I received such high quality products and customer service experience!! I purchased 2 of the belt knife skull accessories and was so amazed by one of the item’s quality. However, the second one which had a little gem was no where close to how great it was with the other one without the gem. The one with the gem even broke after using it 2-3 times. I reached out about my experience to the Floraltrip team and they responded with an amazing answer that they were working on improving the quality and provided a new version soon after our conversation. This dedication to product and customer service quality deserves this high rating.
