Cancelled show and speed of refund
Unfortunately a show I had booked for myself and friends was cancelled. I was given a credit to my account to use for a future show. I requested on line that I would like the cost credited to the account I used to pay for My tickets. I had to complete an online form and was sent a reference number. I was today advised my bank account had been credited with the funds and I was very impressed. This has only taken 2 days. Thank you!
