Beware of shipping costs
The low rating is due to the shipping costs for individual calibration weights. Charging on an individual item basis is ridiculous. I had planned on buying 6-8 items but I am not willing to pay $60+ for shipping. I did buy 3 items on separate orders which was a pain in the butt for all except UPS. Other than that, the service was very good. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and customer service was very good.
