In other words, you will board a totally hot aircraft and you have to wait for everyone to board and take their seats, then wait for pushback, then wait for runway taxiing, then wait for the aircraft to take off and finally , wait for the plane to climb to cruising altitude and only then will they turn on the air conditioner.
