I accidentally bought a hoodie from this website and before it was shipped out I requested that it not be sent and to give me a refund, not only did I not receive a refund but they sent the package out and then request that I send it back to their warehouse in CHINA while paying for the cost of shipping. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received, it took a full week of correspondence and arguing before I got this far, definitely would not recommend buying 0/10!
