I placed my order on the 15th
I placed my order with “The Red First” on the 15th, and on the 19th they told me it was “on its way.” That statement was false. The tracking only shows that a shipping label was created! Today is 6/27/26 —there is no indication that the package has actually been shipped. This is completely unacceptable. They’re lack of transparency and conflicting information make their business appear fraudulent. I will be reporting this. Buyers beware! I even paid for second day. They also have a 714 phone number, yet your business appears to be operating out of Texas.
