Great drones and even better customer service
Potensic makes every effort to respond to questions and concerns in an impressively timely manner. Sometimes researching spare parts for their products can be daunting, but all you really need to do is send them a quick email and they'll either respond with an answer by the next day, or they'll send you an email letting you know why their response might be delayed (such as a local holiday, for example). This is awesome customer service. I am a proud owner of an Atom 2, and Potensic has made entry into this hobby a fun and educational experience! Their drones are easy to fly, and the images captured--both still and video--are incredible. As a video editor, I especially appreciate the 4K P-LOG format, which offers a ton of flexibility when color-grading to match footage from other cameras in the same project. If you're thinking of getting into drones, Potensic is a perfect place to start! Highly recommend!
