Ordered and waited 2 weeks longer than…
EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: Thank you NOVELSHIP support team so much for reaching out! Perhaps answer the two separate mails that I sent during the past 8 days instead of asking me to send another one? Ordered and waited 2 weeks longer than the estimation date. I have now waited 4 weeks since my initial purchase and they refuse to answer my emails. I don't understand why they don't have a phone number to call since they obviously don't have anyone working their support email... Very good website but they don't focus on the delivery or customer support.
