Beware.
Beware. Dodgy Company. On 22.08.2026 EmSense sent a link to my brother's phone, advertising the Triple Technology Massager with 60% discount and free delivery. As my brother does not have a Credit Card, he sent the link to me to order the Item. Whilst opening the link and going through the prompts, I found that I could not complete the Order because the link wanted me to complete the Credit Card details first. Thereafter, I sent an email to EMsense requesting them to send me the total price of the Items with free delivery and the 60% discount. In reply, they informed me that " promotions and final totals are calculated live during checkout ". However, I took a risk and completed the Order by giving the Credit Card details without the Order displaying the Item ordered and the total price. No sooner the payment was made, I received a notification from the Fraud and Scams Team of my Bank that the Merchant was not GENUINE. Hence the payment was cancelled. This is a fraudulent Company that hoodwinks and attract Customers - especially the elderly - with their marketing tactics to place Orders by getting the Credit Card details first. Thereafter, they Invoice you double and triple the price without free delivery and without any discounts. Customers be aware - especially the elderly - with health issues. The Company also misleads the Customer by quoting the price in Dollars, not mentioning that it is US Dollars. I also noticed from the reviews, that other Customers too have complained about your Company charging for two or three items when, in fact, they ordered only one item. This practice is fraudulent and unacceptable. Once the payment goes through, the Customer cannot get a refund for overcharging. The worst dodgy Company. They keep corresponding with the Customer and finally deny that there was any such Order or correspondence with them via email.
