Bad customer service outshines their prospective product
Turns out IronPanda is a dropship company using Chinese manufacturing facilities. While I don't have an issue with this, it's not outlined clearly on their website. It has been a month since I placed my order with them and have not been able to track my package since it cleared customs 17 days ago. I have reached out to customer service and am currently 13 emails in with no respite. They told me they have two tracking numbers (one for the international shipping which they have provided and one for domestic shipping which they have not). Instead of providing any sort of helpful information, they just keep saying "wait a few more days" which doesn't respond to any of the questions I've been asking. In addition, I have been spammed with more than 2-3 marketing emails per day Their customer service is reprehensible. I was excited because they had a lot of cool shirts and gymwear but given their business strategy and customer service policies, I likely won't buy from them again and am starting to regret buying from them in the first place
