Non-existent customer service
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not visiting Trustpilot before making my purchase, as I too am encountering the same communication issues as others. I made a purchase over a week ago, and my order is still listed as "awaiting to dispatch". I've attempted to contact GMKTec to confirm the status of my order via the customer support email, but I have yet to receive a single response. Edit: After posting this review, I contacted GMKTEC at a different email, one that isn't listed on their website. I finally got a response the day after, which apologised for the delay and tracking information was provided. I've now received my order, and I am happy with my purchase; I just wish communication had been a bit more forthcoming.
