Customer service named Rev
Customer service named Rev, is not helpful at all, super slow response, take 15 minutes to reply each messages. Not understanding my request, and didn't even know what is a consumer rights. All he do is just reply with preset replies. I still have balance in my card, and wanted to request for refund, which I did once long time ago, and I want to do it again because I am terminating the card. And he just tells me cannot refund cannot refund. Not even giving valid and helpful solutions.
