The website says 14-21 days for delivery but my item has been in transit for nearly a month. Tracking info is super vague and can only tell me that it is somewhere near North America. Customer service is very responsive until you ask for a refund, then they disappear. I can't comment on the quality of the clothing since I haven't received it, but the shipping and return policy is enough to make me not order from here ever again.
