I returned items to exchange and only got silence
I ordered two pairs of cowboy boots. They were smaller than expected and I reached out asking to exchange. They provided me the information to exchange and I was communicative the entire time. The first time I tried to return the items, USPS mishandled them and they ended up back with me. Once I corrected that issue, I re-sent them to the merchant with the tracking number as requested. I tracked the items. It said it was being redirected per merchant request. Now, it tells me tracking information is unavailable. I tried to follow up with onlymaker several times but it tells me there's an error. Never had that happen before, making me wonder if my email has been blocked. So, I do not have my shoes, I do not have my money, and no one from the merchant has contacted me. I am under the impression they're keeping all of it. I wanted to love them so much! I have a daughter with an extended foot size and I was EXCITED! They were really pleasant at first and then it soured and I hate that. I don't recommend them. If you decide to do business with them, I hope they treat you better than they've treated me. If it doesn't go your way, when you know better, you do better. I would love to be wrong but there’s no one I can ask about it.
