its not even a year since the purchase date of the scooter, both wheels/ tires are completely worn in a way that its unusable, the kickstand will not hold up the scooter, the throttle broke, and the whole handlebar is shaky. I have been emailing and trying to get in touch with their customer service department, so far no luck on a response. Looking at the five star reviews it looks like they were all posted by people as soon as they got the scooter, so when they write that its great quality they are literally going by their own baseless assumption. I cant wait until the update their review, something tells me that it will not even take a few months to see the truth.
