Due to unforeseen circumstances, my account was put at risk. I was blessed to be helped by Keisha in member services. She was a Godsend! We talked through the situation and she helped me make the best decision for my account. She was patient with me and all of my questions and concerns. She quickly got me set up and I felt assured everything would be ok. Thank you Keisha for being so kind and helpful!
