My item arrived wet and there will be no refund
If I could give zero stars I would. The item I received was wet and there was a damp facial tissue in the package. I followed the instructions to request a return/refund and found that receiving a refund will never happen. I was first offered a 30% refund and then a 10% refund. Be advised that the items ship from China, yet nowhere on the site is this mentioned. If I want a full refund, I must send the package back to their factory in China which may or may not have the address they list. This site is a farce and should be avoided.
