I booked a trip from Phuket to Bali
I booked a trip from Phuket to Bali, which is my next trip from the UAE to Phuket, but because of the airspace closure in the UAE due to the situation happening with Iran, I'm stuck in the UAE. I tried reaching out to customer service to request a refune, which is, by itself, a very annoying and frustrating experience due to the AI gatekeeper (supposedly to help). In the end they declined the refund, and told me the only way to get a refund is through the airline, which in turn directed mt to the provider as well. Very bad experience and would never recommed.
