Care refresh is awesome.
I recently purchased an air 3s for a trip on coastal NSW that I had been planning for months. The drone itself is fantastic, great camera, great controls and awesome video. Unfortunately I crashed it into a tree over a lake and it ended up fully submerged, I was able to retrieve it and lodged a claim through DJI care refresh straight away, thinking that my holiday drone video plans were ruined. Well, I received a brand new air 3s in rural/coastal NSW in 21 hours from the accident time and my holiday is back on track. Cannot recommend DJI enough, especially the care refresh insurance.
