Terrible Customer Service
I have been trying to learn about the different aspects of a Wellhub account, i.e. what are premium classes? How many premium classes are offered for each tier? Is that different than the allocation for Private Sessions? The AI Agent on the website doesn't answer any of these questions and keeps sending me the intro message every time I try to ask for further clarification. I wouldn't use the agent, except some of the things I'm trying to check out before committing to a tier are hidden somewhere that isn't accessible on their site. Don't even have interest in signing up for this service based on how bad their customer support was in trying to learn more about the different price points and what was offered.
