I tried this product twice as directed but ended up without any blackhead removal. Even on the lowest setting, it broke the capillaries in my face. When I went to inquire about refunds they said I could not return it as it had been opened and used. How can you know if a product is worth it if you aren’t allowed to try it? Do not buy this product. Its does not work. It is not worth the money.
