I ordered months ago to do an unboxing and “Unbiased Review”video for my YouTube channel. Normally my production manager would get the merchandise free for promotional purposes, but we wanted to do an “unbiased” assessment of the orders. Including how long the order took, price, and quality of the merchandise, Also how customer service was, if we had any interaction. This was actually the site that I had heard a few good things about, so an assistant placed an order, out of my own money, and waited for it to arrive. Some of the other sites took an extremely long time, and we ended up having to put the video on hold, because 2 of them didn’t come at all, including this one. Unfortunately I no longer employ the assistant who placed the orders, and so I don’t have an order number, so I guess I’m just out a few hundred dollars. Not a huge loss, but I shouldn’t have to save an order number, the order should have actually been delivered. I know that I was charged, because I was able to see that. The other site claims that they are sending me the order that I didn’t get, but we’ll see. Funny, I never have this problem when they know that I’m going to leave a link for a few hundred thousand viewers to shop. Shame the regular shopper doesn’t get the same treatment.
