Defective merchandise
The TIPM they send you will fail. It may take a day a week or a month, but it will fail. Then they send you another TIPM that will fail. And continue to do so until the warranty runs out and you have a bad TIPM and no more support. No refunds available. Update 04/04/25 - called the number they provided in their response. They still will not give me a refund because I do not have the last TIPM they sent me. I don't have it because I needed it to avoid a core charge from another TIPM source and because they never said they needed it back when refund discussions were started. I sent them a TIPM for every one that they sent to me. So they just want to get 1 TIPM ahead and leave me with no TIPM. All of this occurred within the 1 year warranty limit and they had a chance to guide me on other possible causes for my problems, but all they would do is send me another TIPM. Also, the last TIPM they sent me was not programmed for my vehicle even though I had paid for that service. I will never do business with this company again.
