Seller cancelled my order and hasn’t given or any info about my refund and didn’t tell me how to request the refund refund or anything

I was buying something for a game but…
I was buying something for a game but the seller canceled my order and said it was an old list and it wasn’t up anymore and i asked how to request a refund and he said i already did but it still say request refund and i contacted and email them and they haven’t gave me any response or any information about anything so its not worth it
