I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. I ordered 2 gift cards on Thursday the website clearly says 15mins-24 hours for email delivery and here I am on Monday still getting a run around about why they haven't sent it..They claim the IT team has to fix the problem with this and I am not the only one who ordered gift cards and haven't received them someone ordered some the same day I did and they haven't got theirs either. SO PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING from them it's a lie and the customer service is horrendous they don't even know what to do or how to access the previous call I made to them and if u have to call customer service be prepared to wait on hold for at least 45 mins that's the minimum the company is worthless but they don't mind holding on to that money.
