Company stands behind product
My Huepar 360 self leveling laser stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted customer support. After some back and forth, the company shipped me a new laser to replace the one that stopped working. Customer support was friendly and cooperative. It's nice to see a company stand behind its product.
