Booking online
I like the booking process on Trip.com I am frustrated when switched to Shenzhen airline to choose seat and check-in. The website didn't allow me to register, kept repeating I cannot use special characters when i only use words like "yes or no". Its very unfriendly and eventually I stopped trying. Can only go to airport counter to check in and choose seat. Can I check-in and choose seat within Trip.com?
