Don’t buy auvo pro scooters
I bought a scooter one year back. They sent me the item after 2 weeks. I used it for one year and 1 month then now the electric panel monitor, the hinges of the handle, the motor wheel stopped working. I had an accident because the motor wheel at the front stopped suddenly causing my fall towards front. I kept of emailing them many times they sent me the monitors in 15 days but the main thing is the motor wheel which I need to move from one place to another, they did not sent me. Its been more than a month now. I kept on messing them on the chat bot they have on their official web site, even though I message them on their hong kong working hours, they are ignoring me since one month. I kept emailing them many times like 5 times a week requesting them to send me the motor wheel as I have the warranty, but still they are ignoring my emails as well. I will request everyone please don’t buy their scooters. I am going to complain to nearest police station about this against their working station in Ipswich. They are not very customer friendly. Even though you buy next you don’t know what will happen to your scooter. Anything happens they are not going to respond.
