Terrible Customer Service and Ridiculous Sizing
I ordered a nice looking belt from this company and shipping took longer than expected but it eventually arrived. I should have known something was weird when the smallest size they sold was 40" but I figured hey it will surely fit because I am 36". I get the belt and for some insanely absurd reason they sell their product measured tip to tip, not how it would ever actually fit on a person. I cannot imagine why they chose to use a measurement different from the rest of the worldwide clothing industry but it has knowingly caused problems with other customers as you will see in reviews on this same site. When I brought this to their attention and asked for a return or accurate replacement they tried to extort more money out of me like this was my fault, and also attempted to coerce a 5 star review. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and I am now leaving an accurate review. Please do NOT do business with this company as they are not customer friendly. Edit: The company is lying in their own response, they have my ordered number as they CONTACTED ME AGAIN after seeing this review asked me to take down in exchange for a refund. They had two weeks worth of emails back and forth to make this right beforehand and only after I wrote this public review did they. If they wanted to do better they would fess up to the problem, correct their sizing issue that myself and other have complained about and not outright lie in their review responses.
