WARNING: Scam – Terrible Quality & No Customer Service! I ordered a dress from Ovlias, which looked stunning on their website. After waiting for over a month, what arrived was an absolute disaster! The dress looked nothing like the pictures – cheap, see-through fabric, poorly made, and the embellishments weren’t even real stones but cheap plastic sequins. I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund. Instead, they tried to bribe me with ridiculous offers: first $100, then $120 as “compensation” if I just kept the dress. A full refund was refused! They demand that I return the dress at my own expense to China, which costs over $70 – how is that fair? Customer service is disrespectful, unhelpful, and only responds with generic messages. They are clearly hoping customers will give up. Don’t fall for this scam! If you order here, you risk losing your money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ovlias! Total scam!
