Worked once, now I'm out $189 and waiting...
I was recently introduced to this site by a good friend, who has had success and is happy with the cards she purchased. My first purchase of a Home Depot card went well, so I felt more confident in the next purchase: a $200 amazon card. I immediately went to apply the card to my Amazon account, and got the message that the code wasn't valid. I immediately reported the issue and have heard nothing back after four days. I tried another route to get support and got a very cryptic email back. Meanwhile, I've been charged the $185 for the $200 card. I feel I will be forced to contest the charge via my credit card company if I don't hear back in the next day. The 90 day money back guarantee doesn't see to be worth much if you don't hear back from customer support.
