This is a total deception
This is a total deception , my wife paid a one off 99pence for the app and made sure she didn’t sign up for the subscription. This unscrupulous business attempted to take out £34.99 as a monthly subscription which my Bank flagged up and which was stopped . Thank you Barclays Bank for identifying this fraudulent transaction. This is another example of online companies illegally extorting money out of honest hard working people, they should be taken off the platforms that they sell their dishonesty on . This unfair business practice has been identified by numerous consumers but continues. The company will give the stock apology and ‘we will learn from this’ etc but it’s a load of you know what
