Poor trade in customer service
Trade in my S23 ultra phone in february as i was directed to this website via samsung malaysia official web for trade in purpose when i purchase new phone. I am using the special offer for goverment staff under samsung website. Hand in the phone to Compasia branch at Vivacity Mall, Kuching within a week after i received new phone, just as directed via email by compasia & follow the guides stated. After 1 mth no update from the company. I contacted thru email & customer service whatsapp no reply on what is the trade in status. I went to the branch in Kuching, the staff mentioned status pending payment. Till now no update.
