Not an easy return process
The sizing is very misleading but the quality is good! Unfortunately, I have to return all of my items Because they don’t fit and have yet to hear from their customer service email! I came here to see if there were any similar stories and unfortunately there are. Most companies reply to your email or instant message within 24 hours… I’m going on day two of no response. I see their responses here are all just replies with the same email address I’ve emailed twice and have not heard from. This is extremely disappointing. I will update this review if the situation works out. But for now, this is a horrible display of customer interaction. UPDATE : I received a response only AFTER I posted this review. I was given instructions on how to send my returns to what seems like a residential address in CHINA ! Which would cost me just as much as the items themselves to send them back. This should’ve been out lined in the return policy as to how expensive the return process is and where you’re expected ship to as that would inform the buyer of the cost. I’ll raise my rating based on the quality of the shirts and the original shipping time but I’m still not satisfied okay with this whole process. I’ve never ordered from a company that has you ship a return back to a warehouse at such a distance.
