Completely useless
Watch strap that I ordered to use with my charge 4 Fitbit was not compatible with the device. It also did not have, if it did work, any way of taking it on and off without removing the Fitbit from it completely. The band was not two halves to attach to a Fitbit but one long chain like its own individual bracelet. The design of the strap looked like it had never been intended to be used with a Fitbit as the connecting sites were the same shape (outward poking) as the Fitbit itself, rather than the correct shape (inward nook) and an incorrect size. If it hadn’t already taken nearly a whole month for the product to arrive I would get a refund, but that’s what I get for $21 to include shipping to Australia.
