Misleading pricing. The initial price for the hotel looked around 500 THB, but the final amount was over 700 THB due to high taxes and fees. This is technically shown, but not clearly enough and feels deceptive. Customer service was unhelpful and repetitive, without actually addressing the issue. I will not use Agoda again. Check the final price very carefully before booking.
