I ordered a swimsuit from Rosewe
I ordered a swimsuit from Rosewe. They shipped it to a random address in another state. USPS message states that the package has been delivered to that address. I am trying to get a refund but they suggest I call USPS. The shipping is ROSEWE's responsibility, I have no way to chase a lost package. If the don't refund my purchase I will say this is a scam company.
