Long payout time
I have been playing at this site for about seven months now and I’ve never really had any issues until now. I have requested a payout of a $800 and normally my payouts go smoothly. I have the payout within about an hour, but I guess now because the amount is much more than I’ve ever Requested. I have not gotten it even though the site says one instant payout per day per customer, which is apparently not true I have contacted the chat several times and they have not given me any answer. They keep giving me a runout and telling me that there is a delay in payments volume is high and they will get to it when they can. I would like to receive my money as the website states one instant payout per day and if there is some other type of procedure that has to happen because it’s over a certain amount then maybe they should state that on the website.
