AVOID, spend your cash elsewhere
Ive used their metallic permanent vinyl and loved it so when I needed to buy a large amount of normal colours, it seemed a good choice. How wrong I was. Easily the worst quality vinyl I've ever purchased. I hadn't used any of it just lifted a corner away from the backing paper and could see how thin it was. Also shows the colour of what ever it sticks to through it. So I figured I'd return the whole order. Then came the next massive headache as they tried every which way to stop me from returning it, in drawn out emails that take them 24 hours to respond to each time, and usually in the early hours so you've got no hope of catching them when they're available. Wanted pics and videos, wanted me to put it through my machine, tried telling me it was their policy and that I would HAVE to do it to be considered for a refund. So I quoted the law to them with the 14 day cool off period for online purchases, and they finally agreed to let me return it, although at my expense. After arguing that it wasn't fit for purpose, for a couple of emails, they finally agreed to waive the postage charge, and sent me a label. Obly they didn't bother to tell my it was being collected which then wasted the time of the poor courier (evri) who turned up to collect it. Its now been in transit for 10 days with evri, so I'm STILL waiting for a refund as they won't issue it til they recieve the parcel back, but have no idea how long that will take. Now they're telling ME to chase evri, even though the tracking number I have doesn't work!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. 17 days and counting since telling them i wanted to return and refund, and waiting for my refund.....
