Dishonest platform allowed seller to continue selling fake skincare. Rejected my return n refund request for missha sunscreen. I had purchased the authentic one from Shinsaegae Seoul Misssha counter and after applying the yaocos shop on shopee missha sunscreen can feel the difference texture and smell. Even the tubes were different had sent pictures to shopee but they still rejected twice even when I appealed. They claimed seller proved authenticity but they didn't know that documents can be forged and there are now many shops in korea selling fake skincare! Now I even doubt the authenticity of the so called original shops mall on shopee. Will not buy skincare from shopee anymore. Bad experience as a regular customer forced me to keep fake product.
