Great customer service
Useful products, easy to install and operate. I had purchased few products and did not realise some of them were not compatible with my device, so I’ve asked for refund for the ones I cannot use. Did not expect to get an answer so quickly, I must admit that previous experiences with other companies were very disappointing. Great customer service from Monimaster staff, Millie has replied quickly to my email and she solved my issue. They value their customers and demonstrate can do attitude in dealing with their queries.
