DO NOT USE!!!! Product rubbish, Getting a Refund is impossible (so far)!!!!! I honestly don’t know how these are able to trade in UK especially as they are registered on companies house as being in UK. I wanted to return shoes that weren’t the size they were supposed to be, they offered 20% refund and I could keep the shoes to donate to someone else!! I pushed for full refund which they eventually agreed to, now I’m waiting for payment, they say it’s refunded to PayPal and reduced my refund by the PayPal charge…. I do t use PayPal and I paid with bank debit card. Still not got money and they are saying I need to take it up with PayPal… 3 months so far and counting.
