Terrible Quality & Awful Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I deeply regret purchasing the AOVO G63 electric scooter. The product is completely defective, and the company’s customer service is just as bad. 🔴 Major Issues: Speed Limitation – Despite being advertised as a dual 1200W motor scooter, it barely reaches 20 km/h, making it useless for a high-performance ride. Non-Functional Gears – Gears 1 & 2 do not work at all, forcing me to use Gear 3, which still doesn't perform as expected. Warped Brake Discs – The brakes are noisy and unsafe, showing clear signs of poor manufacturing. Battery Lock Defect – The battery doesn’t secure properly, making the ride unstable and dangerous. 🔴 Horrible Customer Service: After reporting the issues, the company responded slowly and unprofessionally. They offered a replacement but never sent it, and now they expect me to pay insanely high return shipping costs for their faulty product. They are completely unresponsive and avoid taking responsibility for their terrible product. 🚨 Final Verdict: DO NOT waste your money on this overpriced and unreliable scooter. AOVO sells defective products and refuses to support their customers. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend you look for a more reputable brand instead.
