I won an account in a giveaway, got it funded, and made $805 in a live funded account within two weeks. As soon as I requested a withdrawal, they breached my account the next day, falsely claiming I violated their rules—when in reality, no rules were broken. I have proof of everything, yet they refuse to acknowledge it. Their support system is a complete disaster. One team member says one thing, another says the complete opposite. There’s no consistency, and it’s clear they make up the rules as they go. When I asked for clarification, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t want to deal with me. The support team told me to contact the risk team, but the risk team never responds. Live chat is clueless, and when I tried addressing it in their Discord, they muted me for 24 hours. I opened 5-6 support tickets, and they closed every single one without a proper response. It’s obvious they have no intention of paying traders. They change rules whenever it suits them, hide behind vague terms, and shut down anyone who questions them. Their entire operation is designed to avoid payouts. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this scam. I have all the proof to back this up.
