Lost parcel claim
I have been insuring my parcels through secursus and for the first time I have to open a claim due parcel lost and I am satisfied with the service. I have sent the parcel by CTT Portugal to Germany and it was lost after arrived to de destination country. I have provided the required documentation to Secursus, they have assigned a claim manager to assist in the process and after reviewing they have covered the value of the lost content.
